This sweet little cherub came to have her newborn photo session in my Bridgwater studio at just 10 days new. She was an absolute angel throughout and we managed a great rang of shots, including some of mummy and daddy. Apparently she is going to be a poser, I am told just like her daddy! :)
This lovely lady had her maternity photos done in my Bridgwater studio about a month ago and now she is due any day so thought I would share these with you now, as no doubt I will be sharing her sweet newborn photos soon.
This sweet little bundle of goodness came to see me at my photography studio in Bridgwater recently for her newborn photography session. She has been very popular on my Facebook page and now mummy and daddy have seen all of the images I thought I would share some more from the selection.

Mum to be, not one but two!!!
I am so excited about sharing this post as you will be seeing a lot more over the next year, not just of mum and dad but the fact that this lovely couple who came to my Bridgwater Studio for their maternity photo session also have booked a whole years worth of sessions and the exciting news is it is twins!!! So I will be tracking them throughout the year for their newborn photographs as well as 3 month, 6 month and years birthday celebrations (can you imagine twins and a cake smash)! The twins are due at the end of July and I am sure I am just one person amongst many that can't wait to meet them (gender still a surprise!)
We managed to do two maternity photography shoots, one at my Somerset photography studio, including my garden and then another sunset shoot which was in a lovely field just around the corner in Moorland, near Bridgwater. It is such a lovely place for a sunset maternity shoot.
As it is Father's day I thought it was important to celebrate this day especially to the new father's who's babies have been born this year or those who are in anticipation of being a proud father when next Father's Day comes around.
We are not just taking images for the here and now but for our children to look back and remember us how we were or to see how much they were loved in those precious early years. Photographs are to be passed down from generation to generation and they are especially important when our love ones pass to look upon with fond memories.
So keep taking pictures and ensure that you are in some of those pictures too!
So pleased that in the first month of joining The Guild of Photographers and entering 3 images in their monthly competition I was awarded 2 Bronze awards. I am so pleased that my images are being recognised by fellow professional photographers in the specialist area of newborn photography!
I had the great pleasure of visiting this lovely couple and their newborn twin boys in their home to take their photos. Normally newborns are taken within the first 2 weeks if possible but as with any birth, but especially multiples they can be early and these two had to spend some time in hospital. Therefore the newborn session was actually 3 months after they were born, although more alert than a newborn would, be we still captured some lovely family images.
Another cake smash for you, but here is super cute Alfie - just look at those eyes and lashes, why is it that the boys seem to get great lashes?
Cake smash fun with this super cutie who had a split personality and couldn't make up her mind if she was a pirate or dancer!!!
